The first will be the heritage building, located at No. 2 on the Bund, which was previously home to the Shanghai Club. Scheduled to open mid-2010, the heritage building will feature several uniquely designed restaurants and bars as well as a glamorous ballroom and 20 suites. Connected by a courtyard, and positioned on Sichuan Road behind the Bund, a new 251-room tower will be completed towards the end of 2010.上海外灘華爾道夫酒店將擁有兩座大樓，共271個客房，一期原址是著名的歷史建筑外灘二號——上海總會大樓。一期將于2010年年中開業(yè)，提供設(shè)計獨(dú)特的餐廳、酒吧、豪華宴會廳及20間套房。在大樓背后將建造一個庭院，連接華于四川路的二期新型現(xiàn)代建筑物。二期將于2011年落成，包含251個設(shè)計獨(dú)特的客房。
